Delivery time is between 2-7 working days (this may vary during busy periods).
Upon delivery of our product, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and ensure the product matches Ville Apparel description, prior to wearing.
Ville Apparel does not take responsibility for items which may be undelivered due to shipping address errors or incorrect information provided by customers.
Returns Policy
If the product does not match the description of the item ordered, all items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned with original & suitable packaging to prevent further damage upon return. Each item will be inspected by a member of the Ville Apparel team to assess any faults or defects and determine whether a refund is warranted.
For returned, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product has been deemed faulty by the Ville Apparel team.
